Ryval Terms of Use

By confirming that you’ve read the Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, and proceeding to create your player profile, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you don’t agree to any of these terms, please don’t use the app.

Ryval is available to anyone 13 or older who wants to play soccer. If you’re under 18, you may need parental or guardian approval depending on the laws where you live. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you meet the age requirements.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Ryval in line with these terms. This license doesn’t allow you to modify, distribute, sublicense, or use the app for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

When using Ryval, you agree not to engage in the following:

• Illegal activity: Don’t use Ryval for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including drug sales, sharing child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, or any activity that breaks local, state, or federal law. Such actions will result in immediate suspension of your account and may be reported to the authorities.
• Security interference: Don’t alter, decompile, or disrupt the security, integrity, or operation of the app. Violations will result in permanent loss of access to Ryval.
• Offensive content: Don’t post or share offensive, abusive, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise harmful content. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or reports to the proper authorities.
• Harassment and spam: Don’t harass, intimidate, threaten, or spam other users. Violations can lead to restrictions or account termination.
• Profile images: Profile images must comply with Ryval’s guidelines. Images that are sexual, violent, medical, or copyrighted by third parties aren’t allowed. We may remove inappropriate images and take action against accounts that break these rules.

To access all of Ryval’s features, you need an account. While detailed personal info isn’t required, you should provide enough information to connect with other users and act responsibly. You’re responsible for keeping your account and password secure and for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend or cancel accounts that break these terms, such as using offensive language, engaging in illegal activity, or harassing others.

Ryval lets users organize matches, form teams, and send call-ups to other players. You agree to use these features respectfully and in line with applicable laws. Users can report matches or teams if they notice inappropriate behavior. Misuse, including spam or harassment, won’t be tolerated and may lead to account suspension.

Ryval allows users to message others, including sharing images, locations, and contacts. All shared content must follow these Terms of Use and may not be inappropriate, offensive, or harmful. Users are expected to act responsibly and respectfully.

Conversations can be reported if someone finds the content inappropriate or offensive. Conversations in Ryval are private among participants and are not proactively monitored. However, if we receive reports of violations, we may issue warnings, restrict, or suspend accounts.

Your use of Ryval is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. To create a Ryval profile, you must accept both these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

We may update Ryval to improve functionality, fix bugs, or address security issues. Updates may happen automatically without notice. We recommend keeping the app updated for the best and most secure experience.

Ryval is provided “as is,” with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free use. We aren’t responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may result from using the app. By using Ryval, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ryval and its developers from any loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense arising from misuse of the app or violation of these Terms of Use.

We may terminate your access to Ryval at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you’ve violated these Terms of Use or applicable laws.

All rights to Ryval, including its name, logos, source code, and related content, belong to the developers. Copying, modifying, or distributing any content without written consent is prohibited.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable to your location and the circumstances of the dispute. Any disputes will be resolved through the legal procedures in the relevant jurisdiction, ensuring compliance with local law.

Currently, Ryval doesn’t require payments or offer in-app purchases. All features are free. If paid features are added in the future, you’ll be informed and can decide whether to use them.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Ryval and replace any prior agreements regarding the app.
