Ryval Terms of Use

By confirming that you have read the Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, and proceeding to create your player profile, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to any of these terms, do not use the application.

Ryval is available to anyone interested in playing football who is at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you may need parental or guardian approval, depending on the applicable laws in your country. By accepting these terms, you guarantee that you meet the age requirements.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use Ryval in accordance with these terms. This license does not grant you the right to modify, distribute, sublicense, or use the application for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

By using Ryval, you agree to comply with the following prohibitions:

• Illegal activities: Do not use Ryval for illegal or unauthorized activities, such as the sale or distribution of drugs, sharing child sexual content, human trafficking, or participating in any activity that violates local, national, or international laws. Such activities will result in the immediate suspension of your account and notification to the relevant authorities.
• Security interference: Do not alter, decompile, or interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the application. Security-related infractions will result in the permanent removal of your access to Ryval.
• Offensive content: Do not distribute offensive, abusive, defamatory, threatening, illegal content, or any content that may harm other users. Such behavior will result in warnings, and in severe or repeated cases, account suspension and potential notification to the relevant authorities.
• Harassment and spam: Do not harass, intimidate, threaten, or spam other users. Any violation may result in the restriction or cancellation of your access to the application.
• Profile images: Profile images must comply with Rival's guidelines. The use of images containing sexual, violent, medical, or third-party copyrighted content is not allowed. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate images and take action against accounts that violate these rules.

To access all features of Ryval, you must create an account. While it is not necessary to provide detailed personal information, you are expected to provide enough information to facilitate connection with other users and act responsibly when interacting with them. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts if there is a violation of these terms, such as the use of offensive language, participation in illegal activities, or harassment of other users.

Ryval allows users to organize matches, create teams, and send call-ups to other players. You agree to use these features with respect for other users and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Users can report matches or teams if they detect inappropriate activities or behaviors within them. Misuse of these tools, including spam and harassment, will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.

Ryval allows users to send messages to others, including sharing images, locations, and contacts. All shared content must comply with these Terms of Use and must not be inappropriate, offensive, or harmful to third parties. Users are expected to act responsibly and respectfully.

Conversations can be reported if a user deems the content inappropriate, offensive, or harmful by accessing the reporting options in the chat menu. Conversations in Ryval are private among group members and are not proactively monitored. However, if we receive reports of content that violates these Terms of Use, we may take actions such as warnings, restrictions, or account suspensions.

The use of Ryval is also subject to our Privacy Policy, where we detail the collection, use, and protection of personal data. To create a profile in Ryval, you must accept both these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

We may update Ryval periodically to enhance functionality, fix errors, and address security needs. We reserve the right to carry out automatic updates without prior notice, and we recommend keeping the application updated to ensure an optimal and secure experience.

Ryval is provided as is, without guarantees of continuous availability or absence of errors. We do not assume any responsibility for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may result from using the application. By using Ryval, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. We recommend keeping the application updated to minimize technical issues and ensure the availability of the latest improvements.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ryval and its developers from any loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense arising from improper use of the application or any violation of these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Ryval at any time, without prior notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Use or if we believe that the use of the application is in violation of applicable laws or regulations. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to Ryval if we believe that the use of the application is in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

All rights to Ryval, including the name, logos, source code, and related content, are owned by the developers of Ryval. Copying, modifying, or distributing any content without our express written consent is prohibited.

These Terms of Use are subject to the applicable laws of the jurisdiction determined by factors such as the user's location and the origin of the conflict. Any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal procedures in the corresponding jurisdiction, ensuring fair treatment in compliance with relevant local laws.

Currently, Ryval does not require any payment nor offer in-app purchases. All features are accessible free of charge. If paid features are implemented in the future, you will be informed accordingly and may decide whether to use them.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Ryval and replace any prior agreement related to the use of the application.
