Instructions to delete your Ryval data

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you must do so from the application by following these steps.

Step 1

Open the application and sign in with the account you wish to delete.

On the main screen, access «Edit Profile» through the menu located in the upper right corner.

On the profile editing screen, tap the menu to display the options.

Select the «Delete Profile» option to open the confirmation window.

The window will warn you that this action is irreversible. To continue, you must type your username exactly as it is registered in the provided text field.

Once you have correctly entered your username, the «Delete» button will become active. When you press it, your account and all related data will be immediately and permanently deleted.

Upon completing this process, the session will automatically close and you will be redirected to the Ryval login screen.
